Julia picked out this outfit Sunday, which is the famous watermelon romper that her cousins Abby and Carly wore to have their picture made in, complete with cute little pigtails. Miraculously, Julia kept pigtails in her hair all morning and I was able to get a few good shots. Anyone see any cousin resemblance or is it just the hair?
