Joshua's first trip to the dentist

I took Joshua to the dentist this morning and it went pretty well. We were out of there in about 20 minutes! I wanted to take some pictures, but forgot the camera and then Joshua ended up on my lap the whole time so I wouldn't have been able to take any anyway. He was very casual about the whole thing til we got into the office and then he went totally stone-faced and did not even crack a smile til we were ready to go. He wouldn't really sit back in the seat, so the hygienist suggested he sit on my lap. So there we were, me laid all the way back in the chair with Joshua laying on top of my big belly. Quite a sight I'm sure! Of course his teeth were just fine since he loves brushing them and doesn't have a lot of sugar. Glad to get that first appointment out of the way!
