Monday came and went and we got moved out and cleaned out of our house. It was a very busy day and it felt so strange to leave it for good and know that the next day someone else would call it home.
Now we enter the limbo stage of our lives as we live with our parents and await our new house. We spent the first few days at Matt's parents' house, where we tried to settle in and establish some sort of normality. Cindy and Barnette graciously rearranged rooms and closets to accommodate us and we had a nice couple of day.
Then it was on to our "second home" for me and the kids. I haven't seen my younger sister in 6 months (way too long!) and she is visiting my parents, so we headed to Fort Mill for a stay. Still haven't gotten to see Jeannie, Sawyer, and Hunter yet due to a side trip they took, but they'll be back today and we're very excited to be reunited! In the meantime, we're trying to get settled in here as well, which comes pretty naturally since we lived here for a year not that long ago and visit often. We're glad to take this opportunity to get some extended visit time with my side of the family since we usually just get a quick weekend together.
The biggest adjustment here is that we've brought Pogo with us. He slept the whole way here, so the ride down was a piece of cake, but he's been up to his old tricks, barking at all the strangers in the neighborhood, trying to dig out of the fence, etc, so we'll see how well he does here before we decide if he can stay. It's a little tricky also because my sister's dog is here as well, but is an inside dog so poor Pogo gets a little sad when he can't come in. We're going to put up his "invisible" fence today and hope that will keep him from trying to dig out. He's such a good dog when he can be with people, but we just aren't "inside dog" people because of the dirty factor and Joshua's allergies. Time will tell how this new arrangement works.
And sorry for the lack of pictures, but since we don't have the computer here, don't think I'll be able to transfer them from my camera.

Glad you had a good trip to Fort Mill with Pogo. I do hope he will adjust to his new surroundings soon. Glad for the time you have visiting family. Know you'll enjoy! Please send our love to each one. Hope your Mom is improving.
We always enjoy having the Crabtrees here. We miss Matt, but he had a short visit last weekend here which we enjoyed. So far Pogo has been ok. He's such a good dog.
It will be fun this weekend because I'm sure at some point all of the grands will be here.
